The focus of the collaboration will be on enhancing quantum computing, sensors, and communications systems, with efforts aimed at integrating quantum technologies with advanced computing capabilities. The deal outlines plans for developing testbeds, evaluation frameworks, and system integration methodologies.
Additionally, UK officials noted a significant export agreement involving ORCA Computing, marking it as a landmark occasion where a major corporation has purchased a quantum computer for use in Japan.
