SpaceX has reached an agreement to acquire the AI service Cursor, valued at $60 billion. The deal will be executed in SpaceX Class A shares, with the exchange ratio determined by the weighted average closing price over the seven trading days prior to completion.

The closing is expected in the third quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approvals. In April, SpaceX secured the right to purchase Cursor for $60 billion or to pay $10 billion as part of a collaborative agreement between the companies.
