Midjourney has made a notable strategic acquisition by purchasing the astrology app Co-Star, marking its first acquisition since the company's founding five years ago. Banu Güler, the app's founder, and her team will join Midjourney, focusing on product development and design while continuing to lead the Co-Star service.
Alongside this acquisition, Midjourney is planning to unveil new initiatives, including its own image generation application, as well as a new video model currently in development.
