Bitcoin Suisse is set to reduce its workforce in Switzerland by up to 60 positions, which represents nearly half of its employees in the country. This decision comes as the company shifts its software development and back-office operations overseas. The Zug-based firm will be closing its IT facility in Copenhagen while maintaining its hub in Bratislava and plans to establish a new office in Vietnam. Overall, Bitcoin Suisse employs around 200 people globally and manages over $3 billion in digital assets under custody.
