ServisFirst Bank, a U.S. financial institution with assets exceeding $18 billion, has teamed up with the British fintech provider Covecta to incorporate AI agents into its operations.
The collaboration aims to automate routine tasks outside of critical banking systems. According to Michael Lindsey, the bank's Chief Information Officer, the use of AI tools will reduce the time spent on manual processes and hasten the bank's shift to a new "agent operational model."
Covecta, which was launched in 2024, has previously seen its solutions adopted by the British Metro Bank and the American b1Bank.
