Quantum Dice and North Wales Police have unveiled tests of the ORBIT processor. This device utilizes photon-based probabilistic bits that toggle between 0 and 1 through a quantum random source. When assessing the deployment of 15 vehicles, the average response time was reduced by 40% to 4.82 minutes, while the proportion of urgent calls responded to within 10 minutes increased from 58.8% to 75.6%. These findings were derived from historical data, and the technology has yet to be implemented.
