Grayscale has revealed plans for a 3-for-1 stock split of its Zcash ETF (ZCSH), which will allow current shareholders to receive two additional shares for each share they own. This adjustment is scheduled to take effect on September 30, as detailed in a recent SEC filing. The split will reduce the price of individual shares to approximately one-third of their current value, while the total value of investors' holdings will remain the same.
Since its inception on August 25, the Zcash ETF has attracted significant interest, amassing over $233 million in inflows. By September 18, the fund's net assets were nearing $890 million, with total trading volume surpassing $11 billion.
