Fidelity has submitted an updated application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to incorporate staking into its Ethereum fund, FETH. The fund will be able to allocate up to 100% of its assets to the staking network. Of the staking rewards, 85% will go to the fund itself, while the remaining 15% will be distributed among sponsors, custodians, and node operators. After covering expenses, the net income is expected to be distributed quarterly to shareholders in dollar terms.
