French firm Capital B announced a net loss of €69.5 million ($78.1 million) for the first half of 2026, a significant increase from €1.9 million in the same period last year. This loss was primarily attributed to a non-cash write-down of €67.5 million ($75.9 million) linked to the revaluation of its Bitcoin reserves. Despite the losses, the company experienced a 3.5% rise in revenue, reaching €5.8 million. Capital B also continued to build its cryptocurrency holdings, increasing its reserves to 3,538 BTC by the end of September, up from 2,823 BTC at the beginning of the year.
