Yi He, co-CEO and co-founder of Binance, has made history by being named to Fortune's Most Powerful Women 2026 list, marking her as the first individual from the cryptocurrency sector to achieve this honor.
Binance expressed pride in Yi He’s recognition, emphasizing her visionary leadership that has significantly influenced the company. This accolade highlights the growing prominence of women in the cryptocurrency industry.
The prestigious Fortune list, which has been published since 1998, showcases the top 100 influential women in global business.

Born in 1986 in Yibin, China, Yi He co-founded the cryptocurrency exchange OKCoin in 2014 before joining Binance in 2017. Initially brought on as a consultant, she played a crucial role in drafting Binance's white paper for its initial coin offering.
