The employee had sent work documents to her personal email and uploaded some of them to the DeepSeek neural network, according to court documents cited by RIA Novosti. The former employee sought to classify her dismissal as "by mutual agreement," which would have entitled her to a 5 million ruble payout, but the court rejected her claim, finding no wrongdoing on the employer's part. Previously, the company had offered a settlement of 400,000 rubles, which she declined.
