Tether has taken action to freeze a wallet containing $72 million in USDT on the Tron network, according to reports from on-chain investigator ZachXBT, as cited by Colin Wu. The wallet in question received a total of $120.2 million USDT on June 11.
The investigation revealed that this wallet was involved in the purchase of Monero, which saw its price surge from $330 to $420. Additionally, over $12 million was transferred to deposit addresses on KuCoin, while $8 million was sent to instant exchange services and another $8 million was directed towards Bitcoin and Ethereum.
