Scroll has announced a strategic shift from its public general-purpose blockchain to a private network tailored for its artificial intelligence offerings. This transition is anticipated to unfold over the next nine months. The revamped blockchain will incorporate zero-knowledge proofs to effectively manage permissions for AI agents and enhance data security.
In conjunction with this change, Scroll is launching the Compass API, which will provide access to more than 30 language models, and CENO, a tool aimed at ensuring secure AI interactions.
Furthermore, the SCR token is set to migrate to the Ethereum mainnet, with its existing supply, tokenomics, and governance structure remaining intact.
