An unidentified whale has moved 600 BTC, valued at approximately $48 million, after remaining inactive for over 16 years. This miner acquired the coins back in March 2010, when each address was rewarded with 50 BTC for a block.

Whale Alert analysts confirmed they traced the origins of all 12 rewards and found no connection to Bitcoin's creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. One of the transfers occurred a few blocks earlier than the others, leading experts to speculate it might have been a test prior to sending the main amount.
