Telecommunications giant Orange has become part of the In-Factory Profile Provisioning (IFPP) program, a collaborative effort with Acceleronix and IDEMIA Secure Transactions. This innovative technology enables manufacturers to install operator profiles directly onto eSIMs on the assembly line, utilizing a unified hardware configuration suitable for various markets. The quantum-resistant binding feature enhances the security of operator credentials during the manufacturing process. As part of this initiative, Orange will provide its profiles and global IoT connectivity, while its partners will supply the technological platform and tools necessary for factory provisioning.
