Google has entered into credit agreements to support TeraWulf, an American company focused on building data centers for Anthropic. This financial backing will enable TeraWulf to secure loan financing linked to long-term leasing commitments with Anthropic for approximately $19 billion. The initiative involves the Justified campus in Kentucky, which is set to deliver around 401 MW of power to support Anthropic's computational tasks. The supply of these capacities is expected to commence by the end of 2027 and be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
