On September 1, OKX, in collaboration with TradingView, kicked off a trading competition named "Million Race x2", featuring a prize pool exceeding 1 million USDT. The rewards will be divided across two distinct rankings: one focusing on cryptocurrency trading in both spot and derivatives markets, and the other on tokenized stocks (xStocks) and perpetual futures related to them.

Registration and the trading period will conclude on September 30. Traders can compete in both categories and be eligible for prizes from both pools.

To participate, traders must complete identity verification (KYC) and maintain a minimum balance of 100 USDT. Additionally, they need to achieve a minimum trading volume of 1 million USDT for the cryptocurrency ranking or 100,000 USDT for the stock ranking. Those who do not meet these thresholds will be removed from the rankings.

Prize Distribution

A total of 900,000 USDT in trading bonuses will be allocated to the top 50 traders in the cryptocurrency ranking:

  • 1st place — 30% of the fund (up to 270,000 USDT);
  • 2nd place — 20% (up to 180,000 USDT);
  • 3rd place — 15% (up to 135,000 USDT);
  • 4th place — 10% (up to 90,000 USDT);
  • 5th place — 5% (up to 45,000 USDT);
  • 6th to 10th places — 2% each (up to 18,000 USDT per participant);
  • 11th to 50th places — 0.25% each (up to 2,250 USDT per participant).

Trading bonuses function as margin and cover fees, funding rates, and realized losses, being utilized before the trader's own capital.

An additional 100,000 USDT will be awarded to the top 10 traders in the stock ranking, distributed in tokenized stocks of XNVDA, XAAPL, XTSLA, XGOOGL, and XAMZN:

  • 1st place — 25% of the fund (up to 25,000 USDT);
  • 2nd place — 20% (up to 20,000 USDT);
  • 3rd place — 15% (up to 15,000 USDT);
  • 4th place — 12% (up to 12,000 USDT);
  • 5th place — 8% (up to 8,000 USDT);
  • 6th to 10th places — 4% each (up to 4,000 USDT per participant).

Benefits of Connecting to TradingView

The first 500 participants who link their OKX account to TradingView and execute at least one trade through its interface will each receive 10 USDT.

Leaders in both categories will share 50 TradingView subscriptions: 5 annual Ultimate, 15 annual Premium, and 30 monthly Premium subscriptions. The annual Ultimate subscriptions will be awarded to the top three in the cryptocurrency ranking and the top two in the stock ranking, with remaining subscriptions distributed among lower-ranked traders.

The top 5 in the cryptocurrency ranking and the top 3 in the stock ranking will receive invitations to an exclusive OKX event, with the date and location to be announced later.

Prize Pool Unlocking Based on Volume

The advertised 1 million USDT will not be available immediately; the prize pool will unlock in stages as the total trading volume of participants increases. A trading volume of 1 billion USDT unlocks 50,000 USDT in rewards, while 10 billion USDT unlocks 500,000 USDT. The entire amount becomes accessible when the trading volume reaches 20 billion USDT.

The stock ranking is based on products that OKX launched in March. Perpetual contracts on stocks are denominated in USDT and can be traded 24/7 with leverage up to 10x, while crypto assets can be used as collateral.

Complete rules, prize distribution details, and the current leaderboard are available on the campaign page.

It’s worth noting that during the summer, OKX held the first season of the race, which also featured a prize pool of 1 million USDT, with top traders winning tickets to the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Baku and McLaren merchandise.
