Nvidia and Australian Firmus Technologies have agreed to deploy up to 170,000 AI accelerators at the Firmus campus in Batam. Deliveries are scheduled for 2027–2028 and will include the Grace Blackwell, Vera Rubin, and Vera platforms.

Firmus expects to generate $25–30 billion from capacity buyback agreements over the first six years of the deal. The Batam campus, developed in partnership with DayOne, is positioned as one of the largest AI infrastructure projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
