The Financial Intelligence Unit of India (FIU-IND) has called for restrictions on access to 15 cryptocurrency platforms due to their failure to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, as reported by the country's Ministry of Finance. The platforms listed include Weex, BloFin, Rezorex, Bitunix, DigiFinex, Toobit, XT.com, Latoken, WOO X, Pionex, ChangeNOW, SimpleSwap, FixedFloat, WhiteBIT, and Guardarian.

The agency has also issued notifications to these companies regarding their violations. Cryptocurrency services catering to Indian users are required to register with FIU-IND, maintain transaction records, and submit the mandated reports. These requirements apply to foreign platforms lacking a physical presence in India as well.
