Grayscale has filed a new amendment with the SEC to convert its existing Zcash Trust into an ETF. If approved, this could mark the first ETF in the United States to directly track ZEC. The latest amendment rebrands the trust as The Zcash ETF, with an annual sponsor fee set at 2.5% and plans for listing on NYSE Arca under the ticker ZCH. Coinbase Custody Trust Company is designated as the custodian, while Bank of New York Mellon will act as the transfer agent.
