Crusoe, a developer of data centers and AI infrastructure, has successfully raised $3 billion, achieving a valuation of $30 billion, according to Bloomberg. The funding round was led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Mubadala Capital.
The company counts Meta, Microsoft, and OpenAI among its clients. In October 2025, Crusoe was valued at $10 billion following a previous funding round that raised $1.38 billion. Initially, Crusoe operated as a Bitcoin miner utilizing energy from associated gas but later shifted its focus to data centers and cloud infrastructure tailored for AI applications.
