Creotech Quantum has successfully completed the European eCAUSIS project, which has enabled the company to prepare its proprietary Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) system for commercialization. The firm has developed a DV-QKD module in a PCIe format along with software for managing cryptographic keys, and it is now ready for certification and mass production. Creotech aims to bring its QKD solution to market by 2026 and plans to manufacture up to 1,000 modules annually, with potential scalability to 10,000 units.
