Project founders, including Hunter Biden, will receive 30% of the total supply. Their portion is locked for six months and will then be gradually released over two years. An additional 20% will be distributed in two rounds to wallets that incurred losses from the TRUMP meme coin, to subscribers of Biden's Substack, and to participants in video journalist Andrew Callaghan's newsletter.
