Chainalysis has initiated a legal complaint against the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) concerning a $95 million contract granted to TRM Labs without undergoing a competitive bidding process.
The complaint contends that ICE evaluated Chainalysis based on an earlier Request for Information that included 18 questions, which were not shared with other potential bidders. Furthermore, it claims that several of the requirements appeared to align closely with the existing products and partnerships of TRM Labs.
