Blockworks has officially acquired the analytics platform Messari, as announced on June 12. According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, the acquisition is valued at over $10 million. This comes in contrast to Messari's previous funding round in 2022, where it raised $35 million at a valuation of approximately $300 million. Blockworks emphasized that Messari provides insights on more than 40,000 digital assets and assured that current users will continue to have seamless access to its corporate services and APIs.
