Bitdeer has purchased approximately 200 acres (about 81 hectares) of land in Milam County, Texas, for $100 million. This new parcel is adjacent to the company's existing site in Rockdale and is intended to enhance their infrastructure for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) while maintaining ongoing mining activities. With this acquisition, Bitdeer now controls around 255 acres (approximately 103 hectares), and the energy capacity of the site is assessed at 563 MW, with the potential to expand to 742 MW.
