A significant majority of Americans view the earnings of President Donald Trump and his family from cryptocurrencies as inappropriate following his return to power, according to a recent survey conducted by Reuters.

Of those surveyed, 63% deemed such profits inappropriate, while 32% found them acceptable.

Additionally, 69% of respondents expressed that Trump's private business interests have an impact on his presidential decisions.

When asked which of the two major U.S. parties is more corrupt, 41% pointed to the Democrats, while 49% indicated the Republicans.

This summer, Trump reported over $1.4 billion in income from cryptocurrency ventures, including nearly $800 million from World Liberty Financial. White House representatives have dismissed allegations of conflicts of interest.

Richard Painter, an expert on presidential ethics, remarked to Reuters that the current intertwining of business and politics is "unprecedented."

"We have never seen anything like this. Even Trump's first administration did not have as many diverse business interests as the second one," he added.

In July, U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren called for the inclusion of a ban on income from the cryptocurrency industry for the president, vice president, administration officials, members of Congress, and their families in the CLARITY Act.
