During the same week, the company also repurchased 1.93 million of its preferred STRC shares for a total of $192.4 million. Meanwhile, BitMine acquired 12,532 ETH, increasing its holdings to 6.03 million ETH, which constitutes 4.9% of the total Ethereum supply. The firm has now completed 99% of its goal to accumulate 5% of the leading altcoin's total issuance.
