According to Braiins, the user's total expenditure was just $75. The miner did not use personal equipment; instead, they spent 119,000 satoshis ($75) to rent 1 PH/s of hash power and paid a small fee.
The Braiins pool supports solo mining through the CKPool software. CKPool administrator Kol Kolivas noted that this block was the first mined under their partnership.

According to aggregator Bennet, solo blocks are typically found once every 17.2 days, but the frequency is increasing. Over the past year, 21 solo miners successfully mined a block.
In total, they earned 66 BTC, marking a 17% increase in the number of solo blocks found compared to the previous year.
