At the end of October, Samsung will introduce support for the USDC stablecoin in the Samsung Wallet for Galaxy device users in the United States. This feature will allow users to send USDC to compatible crypto wallets globally and withdraw funds to bank accounts in over 60 countries, with deposits made in local currencies. Bastion will provide the necessary infrastructure, while Coinbase Prime will handle custodial storage of USDC. Additionally, blockchain network support will be provided by partners including Solana and Sui.
