Robinhood (HOOD) has announced the launch of zero-fee cryptocurrency trading in the United Kingdom, expanding its offerings to include stocks and shares ISAs, equities, options, and futures, as revealed on Monday.

The comprehensive Robinhood app will allow UK users to trade more than 50 cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin BTC$65,252.85, Ethereum ETH$1,926.76, and XRP (XRP), through Bitstamp, which Robinhood acquired in 2025.

Additionally, the firm is launching a feature called “Robinhood Cortex Digests for Crypto,” a generative AI tool designed to analyze breaking news, market data, technical indicators, and Robinhood's proprietary insights. This AI service aims to clarify the main factors influencing price movements of individual cryptocurrencies.

Robinhood stated, “Our new product offers a clear, cost-effective alternative to many existing UK platforms that often utilize complex pricing models and apply wide spreads, which can diminish returns for customers.”

The rollout for eligible UK customers will commence this week, enhancing Robinhood's expanding crypto ecosystem. UK developers will also have the opportunity to create applications on the Robinhood Chain, a layer 2 blockchain built on the Arbitrum platform.

Jordan Sinclair, President of Robinhood UK, commented, “A new wave of UK investors views digital assets as a vital component of a diversified portfolio. We’re making significant progress towards becoming the all-in-one investment platform for the UK.”
