DWF Labs, along with its affiliates DWF Maas and Falcon Digital, has initiated legal proceedings against the cryptocurrency custodian BitGo in the High Court of London, seeking $141 million, as reported by the Financial Times. The plaintiffs allege that BitGo breached over-the-counter (OTC) agreements by selling FF and ESPORTS tokens before the agreed-upon restrictions had lapsed—specifically, an initial lock-up period of three months followed by subsequent vesting periods. The sale reportedly exerted downward pressure on prices and diminished the value of the remaining assets held by DWF, according to court documents. BitGo has denied any wrongdoing, and the allegations have yet to be substantiated in court.
