Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched the Boxed for Opportunity campaign in celebration of the third anniversary of its educational initiative Blockchain4Youth and the upcoming Bitcoin Pizza Day, according to a press release.

On May 22, the crypto community celebrates Bitcoin Pizza Day, marking the first time cryptocurrency was used as a medium of exchange in the real world. In 2010, programmer Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10,000 BTC for two pizzas from Papa John’s, initiating Bitcoin's use as a payment method.

Bitget has taken this story and introduced a unique format for young professionals: the best resumes will be printed on pizza boxes and sent to Web3 companies.

How the Campaign Works

Participants must fill out a short questionnaire detailing their experience, skills, and contact information, select their regions of interest, and upload their portfolios or projects.

“Upload your boldest work. […] We will select the best applications and print them on actual pizza boxes,” states the campaign page.

The selected resumes will be physically delivered to partner companies. Top candidates will be promoted on social media through regional influencers.

Applications can be submitted on the Boxed for Opportunity page.

Blockchain4Youth in Three Years

Since its launch, the initiative has brought together over 15,000 participants, established partnerships with more than 70 universities, and conducted over 100 campus events.

In its third year, Bitget has shifted the program's focus from promoting blockchain to career opportunities. Previously, the exchange launched the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub—an educational platform offering certification and career support for young professionals.

“The future of Web3 is being shaped by the people we support today. Through Blockchain4Youth, we provide young talents with opportunities to learn, showcase their skills, and find their place in ecosystems where they can make a real impact,” said Bitget's Marketing Director Ignacio Aguirre Franco.

As a reminder, at the end of April, analysts from Messari noted the popularity of AI trading services from Bitget. Since February, the exchange's AI infrastructure has attracted nearly 500,000 users.
