Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub, an educational platform offering certification and career support for young professionals in the Web3 space, according to a press release.
The platform is part of the Blockchain4Youth initiative, to which Bitget has allocated $10 million over five years. Since its launch, it has attracted over 15,000 participants through the youth tournament LALIGA in Thailand, a partnership with Google Developer Group, and the Web3 Young Learners’ Encyclopedia.
Program Structure
The Learning Hub spans four weeks, covering the fundamentals of blockchain, NFTs, AI, as well as DeFi, CeFi, and trading. Participants who pass the final assessment will receive a certificate signed by Bitget's Chief Marketing Officer Ignacio Aguirre Franco.
This certificate grants access to the Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance, a channel connecting graduates with job opportunities, industry contacts, and networking in Web3. Certificate holders also receive priority for employment at Bitget.
Partnership with Bondex
As part of this initiative, Bitget has announced a collaboration with Bondex, a professional Web3 network that manages web3.career, one of the largest job boards in the industry. Graduates of the program will be able to create a verified profile and apply directly to companies.
“Most young people looking to enter Web3 face the same challenge: they receive training but lack a network, verified skills, and a clear career path.
Blockchain4Youth and Bondex provide a solution: complete the program, create a verified profile, join Bondex's trusted talent pool, and apply directly for jobs through web3.career. This is the bridge the industry has been missing,” said Bondex co-founder Ignacio Palomera.
Partner Universities
Participating universities include University College London (UCL), Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), University of Zurich, Istanbul Aydin University, and several institutions from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Argentina.
Among the tech partners are GDG on Campus Zurich and Campus DevCon.
“The Learning Hub makes the first step more tangible by providing knowledge, recognition, and understanding of potential career paths. When young talents clearly see the opportunities, they are more likely to perceive themselves as part of the future of this industry,” stated Ignacio Aguirre Franco.
