Bitdeer to Build 67 MW AI Data Center in Malaysia

October 10, 2026 1 min readBitdeer AI, the cloud computing arm of Bitdeer Technologies, has announced plans for a new 67 MW campus named A901 in Malaysia. This site will be the company's third hub in the country, following those in Cyberjaya and Johor.
The facility is designed for liquid cooling and will utilize NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 rack systems, catering to next-generation enterprise AI tasks. The initial phase is set to be operational by the first quarter of 2027, with the full 67 MW expected to be completed by the end of that year.
The total value of contracts being discussed by Bitdeer AI for AI cloud capabilities has surpassed $10 billion, reflecting the estimated potential revenue from deals currently in negotiation. The company has already secured around 273.5 MW, which accounts for approximately 78% of its goal of reaching 350 MW by the first quarter of 2028.
