Analysts at Bernstein have observed that USDC's supply has increased by approximately $2 billion in just one week, following a period of six months characterized by stagnation or decline. They attribute this potential new growth cycle of the stablecoin to a resurgence in the cryptocurrency market, an uptick in payments, and the tokenization of assets.

Bernstein has maintained an Outperform rating for Circle's shares, setting a target price of $140. According to their analysis, USDC's share of the adjusted volume of stablecoin transactions is projected to rise from around 40% in 2025 to over 60% in 2026.
