The Bank of Russia has officially registered its first four crypto exchanges and five digital depositories. These entities have gained access to the market under transitional provisions of the law on "Digital Currencies and Digital Rights." Among the newly recognized digital depositories are Sberbank, VTB, Atomize, Cloud Infrastructure, and Voltari. The crypto exchanges that made it to the registry include VTB, T-Invest Lab, Zephyr, and System-Crypto. These organizations are required to fully comply with the new regulations by September 1, 2027.
